I was after a DTS stock balancer for my Guerini but there doesn’t seem to be any second hand ones about and the new ones are to much money.

I’ve cut up some cartridges to add weight to my stock but was wondering if there was/is a better way of doing this?

What you have will do for weighting the stock, but you won't replicate the Guerini dts system as the weights are spring loaded from either side which allows them to move when the gun is fired and can be adjusted towards the barrels or back towards the butt.

I have seen people push paper towel in the stock hole then push the weight up to it and then put more behind so the weight isn't just sat right at the back and allows more fine tuning of the balance of the gun
