Sales Advisor [SIZE=11pt]Teague Precision Chokes[/SIZE] - Malmesbury SN16 £25,000 a year
Teague Precision Chokes are a manufacturing company in the shooting industry. Based in Malmesbury, Wiltshire the business predominately modifies shotgun barrels and is the manufacturer of shotgun chokes, but also offer a gunsmithing and repairs service.
Under new ownership, and in new premises, the business is now expanding and we are looking to take on a full time member of staff in a sales role.
The role will be working alongside the manager to assist him in dealing with customers, sales and brand promotion.
Responsibilities:
Dealing with customers on a day to day basis - in person, by phone and by email.
Diary management for customer visits to the workshop.
Communicate customer orders and updates with workshop personnel.
Develop an understanding of the customer and customer needs.
Manage social media profile and promotions.
Travel to stores and shooting grounds to liaise with customers.
Attend trade shows and open days.
Pattern testing firearms.
Applicant Specification:
Knowledge of the industry and a shooting enthusiast desirable.
Previous experience in a sales role.
Exceptional phone and email manner
An understanding of the importance of customer service.
Ability to work under own initiative.
Strong organisational skills.
Willingness to work outside of normal hours to attend shows and shooting ground open days.
Salary and Hours:
£25,000.00 pa Negotiable and dependent on experience.
Contribution for shooting expenses including cartridges and shooting entries.
Monday - Thursday 8am to 5pm
Friday 8am to 1pm
