GMK frequently get a bad press on shooting forums.

I rang them today to ask for help on a small but irritating warranty issue with my Outlander. (A problem wasn't being resolved locally)

I spoke to a charming lady called Tina, who listened to my tale of woe and promised someone would get back to me. Within a short while I got a call back from Martin (I think - please forgive me if I have the name wrong).

He had spoken to the right people, got all the information, was able to give me answers to all my questions, and he resolved my problem to my absolute satisfaction.

Thank you GMK. You put a smile back on my face.

 
For the record I have dealt with GMK on quite a few occasions and I have always received excellent service also.

 
I hope GMK bring Tina to the shows/game fairs and get her on the stand.  

(Getting someone to speak to me at the CLA last year was somewhat difficult as it was in previous years, even though I was after a £1,500 Leupold Mk4 scope. :spiteful:  )

Seriously though, I do hope that the good service you received is indicative of a new/improving customer service attitude from GMK. And I've seen some signs of that from elsewhere.
