Well here it is, the question you have all been waiting for:
HOW MUCH IS THE CHANCELLOR GOING TO KNOCK OFF CARTRIDGES IN THE BUDGET?????
OK, OK - How much did we manage to raise for charity.
£800.00
I think you all deserve a mahoosive pat on the back, well done to every single one of you, I have added in the donation from Bigmalc who, sadly could not come but sent off a seperate donation to the cause, Phil Coley has kindly offered to pay £50 for the tea/coffee drunk on the day, many shooters added there own bit by having a whip round at work and bringing it along and some who could not make it also added to the pot.
I am so pleased that this all came together, not one person has had anything negative to say and I think we all enjoyed it, I am proud to have met everyone who came and a special thank you to all who helped to get this event together.
Matt, you are a gent - without this forum this could not have happened (could you possibly put something together for the media???? pretty please, and let Phil Coley have a copy too, you're a star).
I already have idea's for next year which include asking for some noted suppliers to 'sponsor' stands - say £100 to the charity for the opportunity to advertise on each stand we shoot, That's just for starters!
Have a wonderful evening, you should all feel great - you have done something special and that is what life is about.
