Trigger pull weight adjustment

Hi.  Looking for reccomendations for  a good gunsmith to adjust the weight of a detachable type Beretta trigger.

North west area preferred.

Thanks Not sure from the picture how it works. Perhaps there's a grub screw or something that allows it to be adjusted.

I'll have a look at the trigger tomorrow and see where the part fits.  

I need to do something with it.  Think I now hold the record for the fastest ABT kill.

There is one grub screw  and how easy to fit i do not know
