Shot the english open alround last week, and found im now unclassified from A and about a third of the entry was now unclassified.

County OT today , although a small number shot it(14) there was some very good vets/supervets now in unclassified .Now just because they aint shot it for a while doesn't mean they are not still at the level they we're at.

I think that eventually the lesser shot disciplines where folk may only shoot at a county shoot will become scratch comps ,and classes a pointless lotery as most will be classed on the day.

Until a few years ago, your classification was with you forever if you didn’t shoot. Now, you become unclassified if you don’t post a score for 36 months.

Thanks will ,i suspect the covid effect may be whats doing this then, just seems a lot of good shots going into unclassified as odd to me.
