Thanks for coming round with us phil it really helped me work out my red zone and help me start to put the mental techniques aswell as the technical stuff in to practis.

I was at the White Gold, I shot the second highest score of the day in the qualifier then got knocked out in the quarter final. Just one of those things. 

How did everyone else do. I see Louise Smith at Weston Wood....How did you do on the Sporting Louise?
