I was lucky enough to get to this today as a friend gave me a lift ( couldn't really justify a 2 hour drive on my own). We drove through a blizzard to get there which was slightly off putting. Fortunately it didn't hang around long once we arrived and we even saw the sun by the end of the day.
Excellent mixture of targets. I even managed to hit a few. 4 layouts of 35 35 40 and 40, each layout split into 4 pegs, the last peg being the same targets as the 3rd but from a different position. An amazing variety in a small area. I ran out of steam by the last 20 and started to misjudge everything but otherwise nailed my bogey targets ( going away, teal). The blazes over the new pond were evil and there was a pink looper on the barn layout that caught out a few in my experienced squad.
I would love to shoot there more often if only it wasn't so far away from home.
