I have been looking at getting a gun for some time and have looked at fit and handling and come to an advised conclusion to get either a Beretta 686 Silver Pigeon 1 Sport 12G or a Beretta SV10 Prevail 1 Pro Sport 12G. Any pointers or opinions on which to go for?

many thanks

m

If you have been advised re fit then get the one you like the most.

What is your primary use for the gun ?

Go and pick em up and see which on feels the best and asthetically floats yer boat.

They are Berettas so will be pretty similar for build/reliability. (After saying that check everything lines up and the jointing looks ok. I've seen a lot of variation on new guns and how well..or not its been done on the same model)

Doesn't matter what any one else thinks.

Also try something else.

I've had them both and liked them both but the sv10 is a better gun for shooting clays, in fact its a better gun full stop. Only problem is it has less resale value. Berreta don't make them anymore I think. Superseded by the 692 effectively.

the one that fits you best .   i have an sv10 prevail iii   for sale  onley had 2000 carts in it . mint
