There was one available at Bywell at the weekend. Really not my cup of tea but each to their own.
I saw your review ( both) along with three others all of you saying how good the gun was which is good to know but I don't really see why Beretta would class the 688 as a entry level gun as none of reviews would suggest that in terms of performance and handling and having owned a number of Beretta guns over the years starting off with a 680 30'', none of them are what I would class as an entry level gun. I enjoyed the review Lloyd, informative without drooling, just the way I like them. I will be having a look at one as soon as an rfd near to me actually bites the bullet and gets one on the shelf.Bland?

It's a superb gun for the money and I am not being paid by anyone to say that.
