yes i find most sporters too low in the comb     however i have a invictus fixed comb  and its bang on     i see plenty of rib !!

no problem going to steel     as long as its priced reasonably       but it will be viewed as a opportunity to rob the shooters once again  ,      

some time ago i shot the orston steel challenge  so 3/8 3/8 and gamebore super steel   86/100    no complaints on kills  or recoil      the only moan was cost of shells !!    

i like the look of the yildiz pro black M/S   ( modern sporter )  good video from premier guns     good comb height etc  grade 4 or upgrade to grade 5 wood   good price , any one else impressed ?    

personal preference really ,  but 3/8 3/8 for sporting  1/2 3/4 for dtl trap targets ,  cartridges make a big difference also    !!   experiment what's best for you !

yes I've just received my clear lens shooting glasses from j h steward    they are excellent  i use them a lot   but if its bright sunshine i revert to my welding goggles ,  all my glasses are prescription lens
