Personally I'd choose a 525 with an adjustable comb, if you're going to keep it a long time you may lose/gain weight, adjust your stance as you gain experience ( apologies if you are AA ) and it will last a lifetime if cared for ๐

No it shouldn't do that, you might be lucky to get a proper gunsmith to fix it but I doubt it, as it's a 20 years old I think you will have to prepare yourself that it's a scraper ๐

I would say have a go at a pattern plate and see how high the pattern is above the rib, I know some people dismiss the use of a pattern plate but it will give you a starting point to know how far under the clay you need to be ๐
They will know all about your arrest when they check you out, put it down with all the relevant information as it shows you are not trying to hide anything, you will probably need to explain the circumstances if you get an interview ๐
