😂😂😂 one place I shoot the bins are usually quite full and already its noticeable that the type of empties are changing. The high end stuff of the UK main manufactures are rarely seen. I am sure many of these lines will become obsolete in the near future

Not sure that you can blame the general inflationary trends like haulage ,fuel and wages etc. The price differential is too great . Plus, the same inflationary pressures are also happening in Europe.

Sorry to be a pain, but what are we talking about here money wise in your average registered comp. Whatever it is than increase it by about 20/30 % and is it an amount really worth arguing or fretting about. Surely taking part ,doing your best and coming out on top is the most important factor.

Like I say, I am a novice. But if prize money is the motivating factor for shooters, then I think adding a few quid to entry is quite pathetic really. Why not make it a 'big boys' game , Add £50 or £100   then winner takes all. That would sort the men from the boys.  Wonder how many would enter then

MJJ makes a valid point, because if you can't hit them with 8's going to 9's will make no difference I would have thought. Anyhow what about Eley select, good value cartridge they do Fibre 9,s in 21gm and 24gm . You should pick them up quite easily 

Just to add to my post above. I have just checked my local decathlon store in Spain I can buy a single 25 box of 24gm plastic wad 7.5  at £4.27  Or a 250 slab of 28gm 7.5 plastic wad at £42.70 That's a basic store and small amounts!!! I bet searching round and buying say 2000/3000 they are...
