I shot national 7.5s  (true 7 shot)in an mk38 trap. Recoil was the same as Pro-Ones shooting them side by side. They pattern about 75% at 40yds. Good breaks.  There are smoother, better patterning shells out there that are cheaper too.

Good morning all, Great responses here and thanks a bunch.  I guess where I'm coming from is that I want a really soft shooting Skeet cartridge. I shoot ESP, with a fixed choke gun, and have found immense benefits in shooting 9's out to 30yds. Breaks are fantastic (Pro-Piston are amazing)...
