Well one day when I get a proper gun fit I’ll no doubt find out my ‘sizes’ will be way different to what I think!

This is intriguing. I know gun fit is quite a topic. I also shim my semi auto all the way down, and cast all the way to the right, and my eye sits perfectly down the rib. I don't know what the actual measurement is, but it feels much better than the fit of my 694 sporter.

With my semi auto Beretta Xtreme Plus, I’ve shimmed all the way down and the higher rib gives me a decent view down the rib. About right.

Even a high rib is no good. Basically a Monte Carlo means my view is really high above the rib. I’d always shoot high.

Do you mean you shim your Beretta semi auto all the way down?

I’m 6’3”. Just too high. Is it me or do others find the same?

Reading the specs it uses Steelium barrels and not the plus like the 694. Suggesting it’s going to be a model beneath the 694?

On another Beretta group there is a claim it’s a revised A400. Lighter, slimmer, better etc. The person said that came from a Beretta rep. So it seems the rumour mill is in action.

Roll out tech based on the SL2. DT11 becoming DT12 etc?

Anyone else has the email from GMK ref something new from Beretta? It came from GMK marketing so don’t think it’s a spam…..

Saw on a YouTube that Berettas tend to have higher stock and comb height. Is this generally correct? Thanks.

BASC magazine wasn’t too bad this month.

But it’s how good those tolerances are surely? Many stories of factory chokes being way out for example. So if Muller have done it well then they may be very good?

Well yes. I too use Teague. My personal preference too. But a lot of fans for Muller so interested.

It is how well they taper. The consistency and tolerances applied so they are the constriction they claim. That’s the magic….

I didn’t know they were variations on rifled slugs so anything I guess.
