    ​ Yes the breathing and the moving and as you said the recoil was not fun. I felt ok ish until i finished and got home, then the pain kicked in haha ​Its a very addictive sport :)

    Shot it this morning , really enjoyed it and everyone was very friendly. I didn't do that great wit a score of 64 but apparently I should be happy with that as I have only been shooting since March, fractured some ribs on Thursday and also I apparently need to raise the comb on my gun too :)...
