2015 European sporting events

Looking to dip my toe in to some euro comps next year. I am looking to find out about Hungary and any other events people can recommend as not only shooting but taking the family for a week.

Lots of sunshine here.  2 Olympic Shooting Grounds and lots of interesting small clubs.  The beer is good too.

Yep - am aware - do we know if confirmed or not yet.... have found some good cheap flights/hotels.

What's Combined Game Shooting? I need to take the first week of July off work and that's the only thing on then

You need a rifle Gnasher so unless you have FAC don't bother. It involved OT from gun down position plus target shooting from free stand, prone and supported. So you need to travel with shotgun and rifle. It is the only Fitasc discipline that is not shot in UK.

FSP or Compak, just wanted to kill two birds and take the family too, was looking at hungry but never been, its more of a whats the people, food, hotels, prices like in hungry question really I think.

Steve, If you wish to know anything about the European Fitasc C/ship in Hungary talk to Graham Brown at Purbeck!

Graham is setting the targets and has been there before setting targets,  search the net for hotels there are cheap ones and dear ones, food is sensible prices and Budapest has everything for your family entertainent.
