Ha, that would have been embarrassing, a sticker over the Browning logo wouldn't count I presume

saw a very interesting "Beretta" at Meon a couple of years ago.....looked very similar to a K 80 but of course the Barrel sticker said Beretta so it must have been......

You're not eligible. Half your gun is the terminator. :)
I have often whether makers would honour a loyally gun prize to major events winners using heavily modified guns such as the PFS. It won't be long before someone wins big with an Evocomp Nill Griffe.

Good point. I suspect they would want the publicity. A bit like when a shoot is won; the photo is of the winner holding his new gun (prize), while the tool used to win is nowhere to be seen.. Also, I wonder if anybody has ever USED the gun that they won?

Anschutz, the German small-bore target rifle maker, never seems to be concerned about the drift that their rifles make away from their original form.  Many have been rebarreled with alternate makes, stocks made by third parties and different sights so that all you have left are the action, bolt and trigger that are original Anschutz and its never been a problem.

The competition rules need to specify what is allowed and whether it has to be completely original or as modified with other bits.
