Pass, what was that?

On the whole Beretta's are better built, more reliable, more durable and with innately better engineering than anything out there in the same price range; make that anything up to 4 times the price.
Cheers they've had issues so to say! I'll do some investigating!Kentskeet said:Had one for about a year, the first one I had self destructed... wood cracked and the mechanism failed to operate consistently..that was replaced without quibble by GMK ( so no complaints on Beretta service ) the replacement gun came with the 10 year warranty and I only I one minor issue with it which was resolved. Enjoyed shooting it but it wouldn't cycle 24g shells ... easy to shoot and load but like the krypton factor if you want to seperate the barrel from the receiver!
A definite try before you buy gun and make sure it has the remainder of the Beretta warranty.
But apart from that Hammy.....It's similar to the Peugeot 107 with sliding doors..................I see what you've done there but why ? Different is good when it has a purpose but the UGB25 doesn't do a single thing better than anything else, it even shoots itself in the foot by not being gas operated which is a major reason people buy semi automatics because that makes them shoot softer !
On top of that it's unwieldy, complex and difficult to sell or trade in.
You'd better get down to Greenfield's sharpish then. They've got 2 on the rack which were originally bought by a husband and wife.I'll have two please. :.:
The 1007 (the 107 has ordinary doors, I know 'cos I've got one). I did look at one when they first came out, but only because the sliding doors would have made it much easier to get a disabled person in and out of the passenger seat. It's similar to the Peugeot 107 with sliding doors
I agree sliding doors are a boon for disabled access but the car itself would then need to be bigger than a 1007, like say the Kangoo or Berlingo. The 1007 (the 107 has ordinary doors, I know 'cos I've got one). Yup, that's part of the reason I didn't get one.I agree sliding doors are a boon for disabled access but the car itself would then need to be bigger than a 1007, like say the Kangoo or Berlingo.
Yep, Both in mint condition having only fired approximately 1,000 cartridges each. The price is very reasonable too.Matched pair??? Mmmmmm nice!
I have a lesson there on saturday, go on how many pennies?Yep, Both in mint condition having only fired approximately 1,000 cartridges each. The price is very reasonable too.
I believe the UGB is still available through Beretta's custom shop at around the £4-5,000 mark.
One of my friends has one which he shot very well with. I believe GMK exchanged his first one as he had problems with it but the one that he has now has been fault free.
It remains to be seen if they will have any investment value in the future. Only time will tell.
Just had another look at these guns, not only are they absolutely as new but they are also consecutive numbers.
