If you speak to Peter or Scott on Saturday they know that you might want to try one out and they've said that's o.k.No it's safely locked away! the A400 is the alternative on my SA wish list but not with that sill pod thing!!!
cheers mate I've been led down the opposite road! so will look as it interests me but going to stick to putting the cartridges through my 692!If you speak to Peter or Scott on Saturday they know that you might want to try one out and they've said that's o.k.
calm down calm down!!! I'm firmly keeping my ou!Never had one but what a ridiculous concept what is beretta trying to achieve with such an atrocity, me thinks it was a case of re inventing the wheel. It serves no purpose, does nothing better than an ou or auto.
Is that clear enough.
If not let me be succinct. Its a bag of cack and that is from a man with beretta written through him like a stick of rock. Do the decent thing stick to an ou.
I feel better now, and breath.
i'm not going to Greenfields "to buy that crap" I'm there for a shooting lesson!:fie: Wylst you are down at Greefields looking to buy the crap! have a look around to see if there is a Trabant dealership there cos you will need a "Classic" car to haul it around in! :fie: :fie:
I take it that you don't like those then Ian? :sarcastichand:Never had one but what a ridiculous concept what is beretta trying to achieve with such an atrocity, me thinks it was a case of re inventing the wheel. It serves no purpose, does nothing better than an ou or auto.

Could you tell just from that LesI take it that you don't like those then Ian? :sarcastichand:
I've never seen one in the metal so to speak, just pictures!Point taken.
A friend of mine shot one at bywell when they first came out he said they were fantastic to shoot and he felt like he could not miss but said it was irrelevant because it was so bloody orrible, then a few started turning up at shoots with them for a week before they all fell to bits.
Hey Rog, now I've had a good read up on them it makes me wonder what they were trying to do when they designed it. Maybe they were aiming at the ATA market or something. For the record, I don't like these guns and unlike many who have slated them I have actually shot one. They are heavy and probably the ugliest thing purporting to be a gun that I have ever seen.
Evo was asking for information about them, which I tried to give him in an unbiased manner. As usual the post turned in to a load of rhetoric with no connection to the original post.
Wouldn't disagree with that. But then I thought pretty much the same when I tried my mates Krieghoff. Funnily enough both guns belonged to the same person.:fie: I have shot one as well, If I had to describe the experience I would say it was as exciting as bedding a big fat woman covered in warts! :fie:
God knows Les. The first one I saw was at Greenfields, GMK brought it along for every one to try. It broke before any one even put a cartridge in it, they then delayed the launch for several months whilst they sorted them out.Hey Rog, now I've had a good read up on them it makes me wonder what they were trying to do when they designed it.
