Barbury Skoda Challenge 21.2 to 23.2.14

Anyone shooting this?  Anyone shot it in the past?  Just wondering what it might be like and whether it would be worth doing.  Apparently no wad restriction for the event.

Cant make up my mind whether to shoot it Saturday or Sunday.  Im thinking if it is okay ish then Saturday and save my Sunday for something better or if someone tells me its quite good then incorporate it into a Sunday with maybe something else - or maybe just do it all who knows.

Has anyone actually shot this before?

Nope - but Barbury put on a good show... I have an FSP reg on the Sunday (Hornet I think) - so I may go and do this as a livener... assuming the weather looks good for the day. Hours drive for me.

Pretty sure I shot it last year, one forgets these days with all the places I go shooting, oh and my age!

I think it was pretty good, worth a trip, I wanted to do it this year but have to work Saturday and will be doing a Reg comps on the Sunday.

Hi Nick entries are 9am till 3.30pm on Friday 9 till 3 on Saturday and 9 till 12 on Sunday.

If anyone is doing this on Sunday it's only 40 mins from Westfield which we have on Sunday so could be handy for shooters to do two

I've shot it most years and it's great, no rediculus targets but also something for everyone. Good parking, clean underfoot and a nice clubhouse with great staff. Only down side could be I think it's only a 10 stand shoot but don't quote me on that. Will ask if I get up there and let all know if I have time

No you don't have to book. I think it will be early on the Sunday at 9am for us and then off to Westfield - happy days

On normal days as in practice there's free unlimited tea's and coffee's and many soft drink's ...
I'm not sure if this applies to comp days?
