Is it possible as can't see how? Have tried colouring in the bead (white) with a black sharpie marker but doesnt take long for it to wear off.

It is worrying to read about so many issues. Mine is 18 months old and fired about 6k cartridges to date. Only issue I have had is a torx screw on the inside if the fore end worked loose. I tightened it up properly and no issues since. I hope it stays that way and glad I bought from a local dealer and took out the 10yr warranty.a small hammer and chisel should work,,, rankster: as I understand,, keep the bead,, and flog the gun,, quick !! :sarcastic:
it doesn't have a mid bead....My Miroku mid bead was actually a push fit. It's possible your 692 is also a push fit mid bead. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
to remove the front bead I used a hair dryer to help loosen any loctite and two match sticks either side of the bead then used pliers to removeMy Miroku mid bead was actually a push fit. It's possible your 692 is also a push fit mid bead. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
