Can any of you helpful people recommend a specalist to repair a Browning B325 which is failing to fire the second barrel? This is a single trigger mechanism problem rather than a misfire problem.

I'm in the South West, in Dorset.

Dennis stepney UK gun repair. We'll worth a visit and will give you great service based in Wellington somerset

I would think any decent gunsmith would be able to sort that out without much bother.

Which barrel is failing to fire? The bottom? per chance? or which ever has not been fired so bottom fires but no top? swap selector and top fires but no bottom? Assume you have tried this with live loads (28g/32g+) if doing it with dummy loads (snap caps) slap the stock before pulling trigger second time as recoil required to set the inertia block across. If your shooting 21g carts the recoil is sometimes not enough to set the interia block for the second shot reliably)

Either way stock off blow the muck out check the sears and recoil block if not all there off to gunsmith if all there put back together and test if not working off to gunsmith....

Don't spend a lot of time and effort looking for a specialist. The gun is easily repaired by any competent gunsmith so find one handy to where you live and let him sort it out. Shouldn't cost a fortune.

Yes Dennis Stepney is very good, but as also mentioned, just about any gunsmith can work on those guns! I would imagine Ian Mulliner is not too far from you,he's over Wimborne way, little place called Holt, I'm sure he would have a look for you.
