Well, you know the concrete blocks that interlock on the motorway to make temporary barriers. The video shows a machine, like a small lorry, running up the line of blocks which enter front left and are re-assembled in line coming out of the rear right, thereby moving the lane over so you can change priority over the trafic flow. This all happens while traffic is passing the vehicle (which moves at 8mph) but is never in the way as it's protected by the barriers it is collecting and re-laying. Very clever!  :biggrin:
