The first line of the directors duties.

1. The general duties mean a director must act in the interests of the company and not in the interests of any other parties – including members or other stakeholders The company comes first. Understanding this principle should make it easier for you to decide how to act when there are a number of interested parties with apparently conflicting interests.

The company comes first...should read the board comes first

So i have to ask who the F*** is acting in our interests if they are not?

I must be weird as i thought there first duty would be to act in our interests but obviously from past experience this is not true!

 Now that is not really fair at all, as many members will testify , I have been taking my tablets ,I have calmed down a lot , even been seen to have a Sunny disposition on occasions , and then you come along and make my blood boil.

Please do NOT get me started on Members representation and the CPSA Board.
