I hade some made a Boots the chemist, with a valve in, I did not like the whistle on windy days so I just stuck a bit of tape over the hole. I think I paid about £85. They are on their website in various forms.
10% discount on any extra pairs, they also say they keep your mould for 8 years, so if you loss them/want a spare pair in that time you don't need another mould taken and you get the 10% discount
Really cant recommend them enough as mentioned I got mine just before xmas and from moulds taken to delivery was just over a week, with the colour problem and the replacements sent out it was 8 working days and considering there was 3 sets of postage involved that was pretty damn good at that time of the year
Takes a little while to get used to putting them in but once you get the hang of it they are no problem. Also need to get used to wearing them, If you are a gum chewer forget it as you can hear yourself chew in dolby surround sound  but you can hear conversation and even approaching game (wear mine phezzie and pigeon shooting)
Awesome just had a email back from [email protected] and they are in my area next Thursday and Friday going to arrange a meeting with them on Friday sweet
