Well today was a little more like what I'm use too! Very blustery to say the least! Gusts strong enough to make this 16stone lump wobbled around! I managed 23/24/23/21 for 91ex100, for a overall total of 187ex200, on the whole quite happy with today's performance although my last round ruined an excellent score. I think it was a combination of tiredness and thinking of the score, because rather than shooting like all the other rounds I found myself holding on a fraction longer than normal which allowed the clay to become more wind affected. But still, i should be happy because I have dropped 13 targets out of 100 in recent weeks; so out of 200 make it sound loads better!
One thing that I was surprised/disappointed with was the lack of attendance by any of the CPSA. Not even making the scores from day 1 available last night!
The team at Doveridge did a superb job ensuring everything ran like clockwork though!
