FBlu are def punchy. I shot some super comps (dire cartridge) AND FBlu back-back. Blus are super hard hitting but punchy. Blacks are a bit harder hitting IMHO.

lesson for me: never use express.
I told Marcus I would not use them until they put some lead in them..... L. O. L.

I do. However I find that broadly it reduces recoil, but comparisons are still clear, as you just get used to less. With FBlus they are also loud!

With the Isis, it relies upon compression of the device to take out the recoil. A punchier shell will compress the device more, which is noticeable to me, as a slight face slap. I have fitted firmer springs to get the right balance between recoil absorption and little movement of stock (device compression).
Sounds like you have crap cans and need a gun fit lesson ..... Hahahaha....just saying (wink)

Thanks Will.

Nicola, Buddy Film, Will & Robert ? = Rainman.
Nope it was the Danny Divito and Schwarzenegger one...... Cannot just place it.
But back to topic.

Fiocchi are a great clay shooters cartridge. I am a mere female and I shoot them every week. They have a range to suit all pockets....I would never consider using anything else.

Testing.....:|

Sent from my RM-821_eu_euro1_342 using Board Express

Express are a listening company.

They now supply World Cups with a packet of Paracetamol.

Further info

the blu and black have the same wad and same 5% antimony shot however the black has better quality powder. The Italian shot size designated 7, in this case measures as a uk 7.25. Patterned at 40 yds does indeed concur with mine and others thoughts in that yes the pattern throughout the f range is very tight.

Hi. The clay shooting article clearly shows a different wad in blu and black.. Photos as well.. Has this changed since last June then?

Just looked at said article at least i think its the one you refer to and it states categorically that they share the same "official trap" wad and that only the powder is different, some green flake stuff in the black apparently. My friend who is our local tame ballistic guru has dissected em and reports that they are both very good cartridges.

I still think the blacks are smoother but thats just me and for a mere £10 per thou more i will stick with them .

I will ask Matt to post the photo I have taken. Clearly described as different wads in the article..

(Here is the photo - sorry for the delay)

Walk down the the big heap of wads infront of a busy (at the end of the day after the shooting is finished) DTL stand and you will see part of the reason F-blacks pattern so tight... ;)
