As a dentist, you have all my sympathy. Good luck with the root canal. A combination of ibuprofen and paracetamol is the best painkiller for toothache
Really could not believe the pain worse than childbirth! I have been using the nurofen/codeine pill but today despite two this morning and two in the afternoon they did nothing. I have had to wait five days while I took 500mg x 4 per day of amoxicillin. Please tell me root canal will stop the pain. I then will have a crown a little later on.

Thanks for the results update!

Don't know what happened in the middle bit! Just couldn't get it right!

In a word?  sh*t!!

100 UT at Rugby. Beautiful sunny conditions, not a breathe of wind, no excuses.

Absolute disaster.  Couldn't hit the preverbial barn door! So bad it won't even go towards my averages for the classification period.

Has put me in a foul mood all day and probably will for the rest of the week.

This shooting lark is bloody crap!! Going back to motorbikes!

Two reg shoots in one day which is unusual for me, decent enough 89 at Greenfields with excellent targets as always followed by 80 at Court Farm   , connected with most of the hard birds but abysmal on the close stuff, really need to have a talk with myself.

Hamid, I toyed with doing Court Farm. Did only Caterham. I find Court Farm is often a low scoring round, despite a lot of close stuff, it is fiddly. GD often goes there and hits 92-94.

It was one of their best rounds ever in my view, some really hard to straight stands, flat and steep teals, edge on stuff with very few (almost none) gimmes.

They had one R/L with massive distance that looked like a mini thrown high between two tall trees which I only missed once but I blanked a L/R crosser which could have been shot in front at 18 yards or as late as you liked but I absolutely failed to figure out a sweet spot, another high crosser no more than 30 yards with belly missed miles in front again and again   . Their Gatton Bottom round is also surprisingly hard to score high at despite their reputation.

Sounds like a bad weekend for lots of us....61 for me...worst I have shot since I was very hungover last month...

John Bidwell set us a great course but my head was all over and I couldn't concentrate....the trick shooting was good too, not sure how you do that whole shooting from the hip but sure there is a knack to it....

The sun was out so not all bad....but not a score I am happy with or want to repeat anytime soon....

Lesson with Ed coming up soon so hopefully he might help...

Hi all,

shot my 3rd ever registered shoot today at Longridge

Started off slow but once I got going managed to straight 3 stands and end up on 68

Very good targets and a ground I would definitely like to visit again in the future

DTL at Bisley this weekend, meet up with Shootclay admin for the Saturday reg I shot a 92 - 270 and on Sunday reg I shot a 93 - 268 for 3rd in C class.  Good consisitant shooting this weekend.

went up to kegworth first thing shot a 72 which i thought was wright for me,then went on to northampton another good shoot and shot a very good 87 well pleased with that score second in a class.
Well shot Lee!

Shot practice at Royal Oak SG and got 61/80 which I'm pretty happy with.

Haven't shot a registered shoot yet so not sure how it compares but my average on practices are on the up I think.
