If you had to use just one choke for everything!

Interesting - seems I'm close to the average - my Perazzis are both choked 5/8 and 3/8 - my last Perazzi was full and 3/4 and I had it Teagued at one point and tended to shoot it 3/8 3/8 most of time save for high birds (I know not clays) when I went up to 7/8 7/8 

i now tend to do what other have suggested on this and the other live "what choke" thread and mess around with cartridges to adjust the pattern 

if Perrazi had even average levels of customer service I could have been tempted to get another 2 sets of a little longer barrels balanced up with tighter chokes but as they do not I will spend the money on shooting and play with cartridges and keep a "clean head" with no additional choke variables to worry about !!

For clays only I wouldn't change the 1/4 choke I've currently got top and bottom in my F3.

Im sure those Briley chokes are tighter than what they are stated, but with those DTL Elite cartridges which also throw fairly tight patterns, I certainly never feel under-gunned.  I've comfortably broken some huge targets with them.  This is where modern day guns and cartridges really come in to their own.

Only time I go tighter is on game then I go 3/4 & 3/4.

Yes I stopped worrying about my 1/4 Brileys when I mashed the long full-use midi on the RBSS Tower challenge last year.  Maybe it wouldn't have broken if it had been edge on, but at that distance I wouldn't have seen it to shoot it. ?

That was a good target, needed a gap, but I broke it convincingly with 1/4 choke and 7.5s.
