Next time, take a small pair of secateurs and a pair of industrial gloves. Cut some of that bracken and just make the hide look less artificial, especially in front of you.  Has the dog had a respray  ??

Pfffttt Secateurs .... you need a huge machete to hack through the undergrowth, makes it more fun when you have set up in the wrong place and no pigeons turn up..

Got myself some land to shoot plus have had days on my mates various perms and i must say i thouroughly enjoy a day in the hide either alone or with my pigeon pal. Very testing birds at times and i now appreciate that many sporting targets do actually replicate birds, this is something that in the past i have doubted but i hold my hands up to being wrong. I reckon a day on the pigeon will present you with many different shots.
