Cheap is probably the wrong word, I was told it can be inexpensive. It probably costs the same as golf depending how much you shoot. And the getting of a 4x4 was a joke. Although something that gets more than 27 mpg would be good. :huh:

Cheap !!! in the first year of shooting i kept a record of what i spent....... £8,000 in my first year that was 27 years ago ....£1200 on a Winchester 6500 sporter and the rest on entry fees and cartridges !

Well hopefully the postman will have delivered my brand new shiny certificate by Thursday so first thing to do Friday is as you say go shopping

Got my eye on a 2nd hand 32" CG Maxum at moment, I'm so tempted if it fits. That or the B525 sporter.

...to get this out since yesterday.

Got a blooming great 46th birthday present yesterday. Got a phone call from my mum to say she'd been to my house back up in Lancashire to check my mail and my SGC was sat on the door mat. She's posting it to me in Bedford so a shopping I will go next weekend  :hyper:

Great feeling, went shopping I did the next day,  £2000 easily was spent!
