Hi Mick I have both types mesh and fleece I find the cut generous on both they have proved waterproof in heavy down pours the fleece is excellent in cold weather with light weight thermals hope you find this useful

In the end i bought a Musto skeet vest.

I have a Barbour winter shooting jacket anyway, and was looking for an in between. (again)

My old skeet vest has shrunk in the sun a bit, so a good excuse, to renew.
