New Classification Averages are out

Use .5% AV under round it down AV over round it up.

Since in general shoots are of a hundred targets or multiples thereof i don't have an issue of it running to hundredths...seems to make sense to me.

I am in shock i actually believe they are doing something right....it will never happen that everybody is happy with any system and i think it is the least of there issues.
