Sorry guys its s bit late and just back from celebrations! As well as shooting Im also in a tenpin bowling scratch league and tonight we beat the unbeatable !!!! So I just had to say something ! It just goes to show that the impossible can sometimes happen,so never give up trying! Whether its shooting or whatever, it CAN happen!!!!! I will clear off now !

Nah head is fine thanks, I don't get hang overs thank God! As for the hand, well it's no better and no worse than it was. Made a slight modification to the ball fit last week which seems to have helped a bit.
