Started yesterday with a breakfast roll consisting of bacon, sausage, egg, black pudding and loads of brown sauce, washed down with a large coffee and two sugars.

Got the best score I've had for a few weeks. Finished off with a few pints of Guinness and deep fried nibbles in the pub afterwards. xD   xD   xD

Well normally a skinfull of beer the night before, possibly with a pie or curry too, lots of coffee before and during the shoot, no food before or during the shoot. Oh yeah, and a few **** with the coffee.

I'm doing it wrong so I can now blame my scores on bad food choices.  I like to start with fresh coffee and cigarettes and then either go the whole first shoot without eating or drinking and then stuff myself before the second shoot or I will work my way through a thick peanut butter and jam sandwich, jam doughnut, pork pie, boiled egg and perhaps a packet of crisps as we drive to the second shoot with a cup of tea.  Anyhow its not the right way to do it obviously.  I definitely do not drink enough water on any given day so I think I will start taking a bottle and making myself drink it as I go round the course.

One can never have too many excuses Sian!!!!! Keep up the good work! I don't go to a "second shoot". I just head for the pub to top up what I had the previous night!
