Went today, lucky me took last spot on a sold out day, once again I struggled, unsure as to why I'm in such a rut, a deep rut it is too, as a glass half full bloke I'm taking the positive that I managed to push my score a target upwards of last months woes. Who knows in a few (lots) months time I'll be up there with the great and good.

Rich. You spend a lot on your shooting - travelling long distances - doing sometimes the toughest shoots. You need a lift out of the doldrums as you are talking yourself out of it before you even get to the shoots.

Go and see Ed Solomons. I was ready to jack it in 9 months ago now everything on the up. I'm still not up there with the best but I have beaten some of the best on occasions. He tweaked me. You need a tweak. He is the best tweaker out there.

Yes you may well not be a gods blessed Gloucester boy,  but for that I can forgive you
