Of course I understand your point Will, but in fact the scores were forwarded to CPSA within 48 hours of the shoot, and its not like it was from "any old shoot" because Dartford is a Premier Status ground. Whilst of course I acknowledge that it should not be a regular process, I still do not see why CPSA can't look at a specific situation and make a decision that it was just a genuine oversight?

Anyway, as you say, no use really to discuss it no matter how frustrating it is !!!

Yes, three I did could have been viewed similarly. Rules are rules I guess..

Matt, I assume you are talking about the FSP at Dartford in March?

I spoke to John Dyson about this as it was meant to be a registered competition. He also thought so and, if you remember, he took everybody's CPSA number when booking in, and then handed all scores over to the club and they were forwarded to CPSA.

CPSA stated that the event had not been registered. Although JD was running the event, he assumed Dartford would be registering it as it was their ground, but it seems that Dartford assumed JD was registering it. John was not amused about it, and neither was I to be honest. As you know I have only just got into this FSP lark and my scores are crap, but that's not the point. The whole reason of shooting registered shoots for me is to be able to track my scores. That's what I thought I was paying for, and I'm more than a little pi$$ed off to be spending £110 for me and Pam to enter an event and can't even see the bloody scores anywhere !!!

UNACCEPTABLE

Also don't understand why CPSA have to be so bloody minded about it, since it was still shot under registered conditions simply because everybody believed it to be a registered event.

Can anybody give me a good enough reason as to why they should not accept the scores?
Slightly different story to the one I got from Dartford when I followed up with them...  spoke to Leon yesterday, it appears he was having trouble getting the scores.

I put in a reasonable score at the last Dartford FSP, so am interested to see if I won anything or not. There aren't any scores on the Dartford website, and it now looks like there won't be any on the CPSA site.

Let me try and clear some of this up, The ground contacted me to have the Fitasc scores submitted to CPSA almost 2 weeks after the shoot,

I said I would submit them once I had all the scores sent to me which I did, it took me about half an hour to sort out 92 shooters scores

on the CPSA shoot programme, and then I submitted them to Trudy at CPSA.

Trudy contacted me the same day and told me that the ground had not registered the shoot, when I spoke to the ground they stated that they

thought John Dyson had registered the shoot, so it looks like a lack of communication between them both.

The shoot was not also registered in the Pull magazine fixtures and this is where someone should have picked it up, as it would not have been registered.

I have to submit 2 month's fixtures for skeet registration well in advance otherwise they don't get entered into the magazine and hence No Registration, to be

fair to CPSA once I submit the dates they come back to me with the proofing fixture list which I agree if all well.  :nyam:

I still have the scores from the Fitasc shoot and will send them over to Leon to get put on the website....  :nyam:

I have "the scores" but all I have been given is the CPSA number and the overall score for each. I have not been supplied names, classes or anything else at the moment.

I am chasing to try to get the additional information now.

Would people rather me put what I have up in the meantime or wait to see if I can get any more information?

I will update the Dartford website later tonight with the scores as supplied to me.

Congratulations Mark Winser and Kev Howland. Great scores.

It is simple peeps to see where you finished...just look at the membership numbers.

I was on squad with Kevin - excellent display of shooting....
