My Beretta AL391 comes supplied with shims to alter drop and cast.

In the manual it states these shims are "cast-off or with cast-on (for left handed shooters) depending how they are assembled." Also they state the safety button can be set up for either left or right handed shooters and go in to detail which is which.

I am not too sure Beretta would make let alone supply these shims and mention the set up for both left or right handed shooters in the manual if they thought it was an issue.

Not too sure on other makes but the Beretta AL391 is sold as an ambidextrous gun according to the manual.

Not an issue to me as I am right handed but just thought I would point it out.
