Stress dream......were you naked by any chance (not being gay here....but stress dreams are often naked....and you do not realise it until you are part way through..... !!)

Sorry to disappoint you but no nakedness in this dream. Being naked in dreams is usually interpreted as feeling vulnerable. Losing things is often interpreted as being about losing a part of yourself that you consider important. Your personal associations of the thing you lose are the key to the interpretation. If you want to give dream interpretation the time of day that is.
