I and a couple of shooting friends have XTR Ultra trap guns that do the same when the barrels are off the gun but with the gun closed they are rock solid and to be honest it is not something that has been a bother. However is there some good reason why something like this should be checked out? For example is the gun likely to malfunction because of this or is it likely to be a progressive problem that get to the point the gun becomes dangerous? One other thing I have noticed is that when using the gun on a hot day when the gun gets really hot this play disappears... not some lash that is built into the gun?

I know I don't have this problem with my Perazzi... if anything it is too tight... but they fit on in entirely different ways.

Wonko I think the dealer may have come to his senses when he realised the video was rather public. Didn't the OP mention YouTube? That may be "oh dear I can't get away with it" rather than integrity!
