A hearty pat on the back to the North Yorkshire Police Firearms Licensing department who've amended and reissued my and Mrs P's shotgun and firearm certificates together with EFP's in less than 24 hours. Dropped off yesterday afternoon, collected this morning and free of charge to boot. 

Credit where it's due, that's some service.

That's not acceptable. Somebody from the homeoffice needs to be sorting them out.  It is showing a total disrespect to law abiding people.

Totally different in Lancashire. Top notch help and service.

That's amazing service. Had my renewal forms from South Wales police informing me that I needed to get them in Approx 3 months before the expiry of my current certificate to ensure they had time enough to process it. Took them less than 10 days to cash the cheque though!.
