Just to clear up my tongue in cheek statement re brain dead. I really mean that good Dtl shooting requires a degree of steadfast and total concentration with no emotion hence you would think they would mount and shoot slow but that is not the case. No offence was intended to Dtl shooters in fact quite the opposite.

 
Sod em ha ha , when you've shot on a squad with Rod Gould you learn a few tricks I can tell you.
I remember a Rod Gould who raced for Yamaha in 250 and 350 in the grand Prix world championships seventies not him is it?? Great racer if it is him fast as fcuk!

 
I find it is very rude to suggest that DTL shooters are brain dead.

Surely you mean Skeet shooters?

 
There's a Polish chap who comes to our club during the summer, he shoots sporting, DTL and ABT with an old SxS and calls pull as he's closing the gun, never misses and very rarely needs 2nd barrel for trap, and he's such a happy unassuming sort of chap.
