Time is ticking on and it won't be long before we launch this great event again . The first day will be at Westfield on 26th January 2014 .

After seeing what a huge success this was last year I wanted to make it more accessible to more people so have restructured the entry fee it will now be £15 ago or buy two at once for £20 !!!!

The prize money in the final will still be £11,500

The format will change slightly as there will be no single targets thrown and the middle trap will always be a covered working Dtl trap

With the price reduction as in our experience with the sportrap it will get very busy in the afternoons so we encourage you to enter early in the day so not to be disappointed later in the day if you can't get on

The final will take place on the Sunday at the end of sept with the 150 gold cup event

Steve

Never shot this last year Steve but will definitely give it a go this year. Was there on the finals day, fair do's you did a grand job. How about shoving all those AAA boys into their own category !!! (Better not, Tinker Bell will give me some grief about all the different categories )

We discussed this topic of cats and classes long and hard and we think that the competition was set up originally to be one knockout comp from the word go so to dilute it down to four classes would in my mind devalue the white gold challenge

I know there are certain people that have been brain washed into the class average mentality but this is different and as I said last year so many times anyone can win this , ask silver champ Steve Clarke or overall champ Chris Daniels ( who was my tip to win from way back in mid August ) so go on give it a go you never know , got to be in it to win it

Will be chancing my arm again for this one.

2014 really is going to be a year to look forward to.

cant wait to try again,i honestly think anyone can win or i wouldnt keep trying to get in. I have only ever had a 75% avaridge but one good score got me into A last year and that meant gold class against AAA shots and a few times only lost out by one target.Well done steve on keeping the classes the same.

Will definitley give this a go in 2014, thought the format of the Gold Cup was fantastic and more sporting shoots should be like this...

Really enjoyed watching the knockout rounds and the final last year. Hoping there are more northern qualifiers this year for us

We'll done Steve,I will be back to have a go at retaining title. The class thing is not a problem check the finals scores to see the silver class were matching gold scores!!!!!!!
