where best to send my ultra xs woodwork to ( uk ) to have it  refurbished  ,  its pretty good now waxed , but i think it warrants the best !!   its a lovely piece  grade 4 walnut .  tia .

I'd stay clear of the high gloss finishes, they are more prone to showing any slight scratches and blemishes the stock is bound to pick up with use.High gloss is nice for a safe queen that only comes out now and again to be shown off , just mho of course 😅

 
Or for those who don’t mind doing a bit of work on their stock(s) every now and then. I like the glossy look on some guns and I do the work myself. Oil, polish, repeat. Quite relaxing if time-consuming, but its gotta be done right.
