not 1500 entries mate cos the same people shot both days so only 750 entries paying into the pot

BTW just had a quick count up, 80ish entries in AAA. Breakdown here http://www.cpsa.co.uk/userfiles/file/WESP2012CLASSCAT.pdf

That 750 is total shooters spread across the classes so if payout stays in class top 7 is probably about right. Assuming its £20 per shooter goes into the pot that makes a prize fund for AAA of 1600 quid. However I do agree with the seeming lack of transparency, cpsa expect grounds to publish where the fund goes by the end of the shoot and the ground doesnt know how many entries its gonna get. CPSA knew it was a sell out so should have had the prizes divided weeks ago!

Anyone found full prize breakdown for the 5 days yet? Haven't got my cheque through from the prelim yet :( English open was on the mat on the tues morning.

I am waiting for mine in AA Fuz, still nothing and there is no comments anywhere to prize fund ?

They only seemed to show top 3 payout. I'm waiting for one from the worlds and the sportrap but I wouldn't expect it to arrive until next week given all the upheaval of being in a marquee for 5 days!

Please bear with the girls at CPSA, they've worked 10 days straight, every day of the champs from 5am to midnight and straight to the office on Monday to find they were the only staff to answer phones, unpack, sort prize money and generally try to function!

They're on the case, monies will be paid out as quickly as possible and as soon as I dare ask I'll get a breakdown and email it out to you all. For those trying to guess the prize pot, the entry on the weekend was 720, roughly 40 (last I heard before the event) were BO. The payback will be transparent.

Separate prize funds for the Prelim, Sportrap and FITASC.

Hope you all enjoyed it, maybe see you at Garlands next week.... 19th Aug.... 1st reg sporting for us there.

Thanks for all your support and emails, texts and calls of thanks, they've kept us going this week when packing up has been horrendous!!

See you around on Sunday no doubt as we're out with the boys shooting,

Ally and Steve :)

For those of you who didn't like the World's for any reason at all, you can get counselling of a chap who knows everything about Sporting over on Pigeonwatch UK ( clayshooting ). His name is known...

Steve & Allison,

If you need to know how to run Sporting, contact him( or maybe not).

Matt Rutherford,

Thank you for saving me from sticking pins in my eyes by banning him

Must be a Mr Webb?

He was telling me at the Dutch Grand Prix how he was really upset how he is not allowed on shoot clay! However he said he is the main man on pigeon watch!

Did not see him at the end maybe because he got whoooped this year by both the Presley's .........ooooooh how that must have hurt! ;) ;)

P M S L.......

Too much laughing for an old dear!!!!

Ah that explains why he rocked up to the biggest international sporting event in this country without an England blazer :.: You rattled him so bad it befuddled his mind :.:

Nope.....hang on.....it's on EBay............

'One hardly used England blazer....sized for an overweight person of restricted height.....still in the original Primark packing....plus Aldi carrier bag.......a few stains .....but you can probably sponge them off!'
