I see the British competitors had a bit of good luck in Florida !

Who is G.Digweed ? Never heard of him, he seems to have come from nowhere, is he any good?

I have heard of Bunning , Faulds,  Hendrick & Solomons  , they are quite young men, but apparently this G. Digweed chap is knocking on a bit now.

Just when you think George is maybe cresting the hill.. A win by a frankly huge margin, which appears to have come from a big score on the hardest part of the whole thing. The legend continues..

Its a shame that a man that has won so much and been awarded a MBE hasnt felt the need or want ever represent his country.

You can only represent your country if you go to all the selection shoots. Some people may not have the time to do this.

George's ISSF record shows that he shot for GBR on 15 occasions.

  • the fact that George has now won 24 worlds,,is enough to make him a legend.
he is also an Englishman, and as such, whatever he achieves  ,he represents England, (UK) whether in a `team`  or as an individual, good on George,

Win 5 Olympic golds and make the front page if you pass wind but win your 24thWorld Title over 4 decades and nothing.

I am pretty shure it's not luck Nick Hendrick picks up winnings nearly every time he shoots at Orston Shooting Ground .if it was luck some might rub off on me
