basically yes but more expensive cartridges will have more expensive materials used and may go though a more stringent quality control process that will "justify" the price. that said I'm pretty sure the manufacturing process will be virtually identical at the end. yes I blow for a living  :wink:

For my job I set machines for some very large production runs (plastic blow moulding) and I can say that when making many thousands or even millions of components on a production run, with a fully automated process its almost impossible to pick up every single problem and that is with a product...

All my guns are auto safety. its just part of my routine to take it off before I call pull so its never been a problem for me missing a shot because I forgot to take it off but I do completely agree that the only safe gun is an unloaded one, I don't rely on it as far as safety goes I just think...

i'd have to agree.....whilst most likely not illegal.......its certainly a bad idea, especially if you have a neighbor who takes a very dim view of guns, if the police turn up because someone has seen you tinkering with guns and they smell booze on you then I cant imagine it will end well .

honestly I'd steer clear of Bettinsoli.  my mate got one from new (a Bettinsoli Commander) its had about 10k cartridges through it and its really loose. they arn't that well made in my opinion even for a budget gun you'd get a much better second hand gun for £1k like a Browning or Beretta...

I have to agree with Jan..... get it from the people who will enforce the law that you may or may not be breaking and not the mixed opinions on here (with the greatest of respect to all) at the end of the day if you get caught falling short of the law you can kiss the SGC good bye and future...

bought 500 a month or so ago and honestly I couldn't notice any difference between the power golds and the power blues
