Gunsite this morning and luckily I didn't get too wet. Steady course, I shot quite well with 88 missing complete pairs on stands 2, 6, and 7 but some nice straights as well including the last three in a row.

After a very good day on the ducks yesterday I went to Hangman Stone for the 100 bird practice. Surprised myself with 97 missing the very last overhead on 7 and two long midis on 9.

I went off fishing last night which was ok until about 5 this morning and the heavens opened, and stayed open so I packed up early and came home.

A few frustrating shoots the last few days; 81 at Churchills, 82 at Kibworth and 79 at Westfield. All good rounds but I'm making (what feels like) hard work in some places, but luckily got some time with coach on Tuesday.

I used to shoot 1/4 & 1/4 through mine and comfortably broke all the long stuff. Was using Churchill Hellfire, Gamebore DTL Elite, and Hull Pro One before I swapped it for the Krieghoff. Handled various Hull game shells from 28g 6 all the way through to 42g 4 as well.
