No not really...but it was a nice set up :)

    shooting in heavy rain

Almost right chaps, but those are just "speeds" and we are talking about deceleration...or increased deceleration in fact, so assume something in the region of 6.73ms/s, that is to say that the clay goes 6.73 meters per second slower...every second. Also, fricitional coefficient is not a...

    Mullers for skeet

Some cartridges pattern tight. Depending on where you shoot, try 24g steel 9's (White Gold Pro Steel).  Very nice patterns from 24g and lots of pellets.

New chokes for my dt11 ? What do you think

Here you go....something like this I bet? ...as opposed to...

    Mullers for skeet

I previously used a pair of U1's for Skeet, very nice breaks.  Obviously the closer targets get smoked or mashed, the further targets get pleasing breaks. I tend to use U2 now if I shoot skeet, but that's because I prefer a bit more choke these days and shoot U3 at sporting. If you have a...

Press Release - The Blaser F16 - a chance to win one!

No mate, that is "shrink-inflation" like 19 **** in a packet.  They are trying to hide inflation...and that's a whole different conversation.

    best auto

That ought' do it! Benelli are generally regarded as THE best Auto's. Also worth looking at the Fabarm XLR5

    Betinsolli

    If we were talking about a club shoot, 70 birds @ £22 and 3 boxes of cartridges @ £12, then @ £34 a week...that is £1700 a year...

    Gun fitting

What...every first one or just the first one? If the latter...both orange away targets, but no problem?

    eye test

Oh...couldn't get it to do anything...Was that trap to the left of the cage then, heading into the tree line?  Was that what you missed?

    Gun fitting

I tend to agree, though EvoRacer is tall and broad, so probably needs a little more attention...but he has done that bit, which is why I think it is his approach to the target. Ok....what about that SIM pair orange away, left hand side in woods last week? I assume I am right in thinking you...

    Gun fitting

So shallow targets.  What stand and where? As I say, you are most likely missing infront.  I like to have a small movement from hold to kill point and pull away from the target.

    Gun fitting

Knowing how you tend to shoot, I would ask two things; - Do you miss crossing or wider quartering targets thrown from your left? - If not and you can hit most other targets, why would it be gun fit? I would say, perhaps your gun speed/swing through is over leading the target.  Do you know...

    Webley Scott Classic Sporting

So, the prestigious Webley name, was bought a number of years ago by a Turkish manufacturer and the brand now bears no resemblance, to the Webley we know and love. The dealer would have known this. Nice looking gun though, should do you right. Second-hand I assume?

    Betinsolli Daimond ?

Obviously the choice is yours, but you would do better to find one of the big three and/or wait until you have that bit more to spend on one of the big three. The expensive bit of shooting, is not generally the gun...if conservatively, you spend £40 a week on clays and shells, that's £1700 a...
